The National Instruments cFP-DO-410 Digital Output Module (Part number: 777318-410) is designed for Compact FieldPoint applications. This module can control digital signals and features electronic fuses at the output terminals to protect against short circuits. The LEDs on the module indicate overcurrent situations, with the fuse resetting once the issue is resolved. The cFP-DO-410 is compatible with various voltage modules (5 VDC, 12 VDC, 24 VDC) and is easy to install with onboard diagnostics for maintenance. With an all channel update rate of 20 kHz, this module incorporates eight DO terminals with a voltage range of 5-30 VDC. The current values vary based on voltage levels, providing 8 A current when all channels are in use and a leakage current of 1 mA in case of a short circuit. It requires 450 mW power during normal operation, with 620 mW needed during a short circuit. Featuring 18 indicator lights, the cFP-DO-410 also includes eight power terminals for connection with power field devices. Weighing 3.9 oz, this module has recommended operating and storage temperature ranges, a non-condensing relative humidity range, and operating vibration specifications.
