778503-01 NI PXI-8214, Ultra2 SCSI Interface National Instruments PXI-8214 is a PXI SCSI Interface Module that provides an Ultra2 SCSI interface to CompactPCI (cPCI) or PXI systems. This single-ended/16-bit low voltage SCSI solution can connect up to 15 SCSI devices with data transfer rates of up to 40 MegaTransfer (MT)/s (80 Mbytes/s). The module features an LSI53C895A PXI-to-Ultra2 SCSI controller, supporting bursts of up to 133 Mbytes/s at 33 MHz and a 32-bit DMA bus master. It offers SE and 16-bit LVD signaling with a high-density, 68-pin connector, as well as onboard flash ROM for SCSI BIOS storage and an SCSI bus activity LED. The PXI-8214 allows for point-to-point connections with a 25 m long cable and includes P1 and J1 connectors for cPCI backplane and SCSI device connections. Despite being announced as Obsolete by National Instruments, the module can still be purchased and repaired through Apex Waves. The interface weighs 0.13 kg, measures 10.0 by 16.0 cm, and requires one peripheral slot for deployment. Installation on Windows XP is automatic, with correct drivers available through the Device Manager.

Shipping Options:
Next Day Air Early AM - This service is the fastest overnight delivery option available. For most locations the package will be guaranteed by 8:30AM.
Next Day Air – This service guarantees delivery by 10:30AM and is the most frequently used option for overnight shipments.
Next Day Air Saver – This cost saving overnight alternative guarantees delivery by 3PM the next day.
2nd Day Air – For domestic shipments that would take 3-5 days if shipped via Ground, sometimes having the order in 2 days is a great way to go
Ground – Ground is the most inexpensive shipping option provided. Please ask if we are doing a “free domestic ground” shipping promotion on your order. We often provide free ground shipping on larger orders.
Emergency Courier – At times we can help work with a courier service to get the part to your facility during downtimes scenarios. We prefer that the customer sets up the courier but we can be there to make sure the product is handed off to the driver. Please give us a call to see if this is an option on your order.
