Description
The VT-VSPA1-1-D10 is a valve amplifier in the VT-VSPA Series by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. Equipped with a ramp generator and a clocked power output edge, it assists in detecting cable breaks in the solenoid conductor while offering protection against short circuits. Also included in its design is an additional non-isolated command value input in 0 to 9V range. The unit is mountable on a 100 x 160mm Euro-card and connectivity is facilitated through a D-design male 32-pole multipoint connector. The ramp generator is built for adjustability in both downward and upward directions with a minimum ramp time of 30ms. To generate an output signal, the amplifier uses a stepped input signal, which is subsequently forwarded as a current command value to a summing amplifier, within a range of 0 to 6V. A readiness indicator, the H2 LED, illuminates upon a displayed "Ready-for-Operation" message if the output stage is not overloaded and will turn off in the event of a detected short circuit. Preferred applications for the VT-VSPA1-1-D10 include pilot and direct-operated proportional pressure valves with a single solenoid for the actuator. The unit has a maximum power consumption of 50VA. Depending on the settings of the DIL switch and potentiometer, the output stage's solenoid possesses either 19.5 or 5.4 Ohms of resistance, correlating to maximum current ratings of 800mA and 1,600mA respectively. Additionally, it can support a clock frequency of either 100Hz, 200Hz, 300Hz or 370Hz with a +/-10% in each case as per the switch's settings. However, proper functioning of the valve amplifier requires correct connection of the solenoid, external potentiometer, and differential input.

Shipping Options:
Next Day Air Early AM - This service is the fastest overnight delivery option available. For most locations the package will be guaranteed by 8:30AM.
Next Day Air – This service guarantees delivery by 10:30AM and is the most frequently used option for overnight shipments.
Next Day Air Saver – This cost saving overnight alternative guarantees delivery by 3PM the next day.
2nd Day Air – For domestic shipments that would take 3-5 days if shipped via Ground, sometimes having the order in 2 days is a great way to go
Ground – Ground is the most inexpensive shipping option provided. Please ask if we are doing a “free domestic ground” shipping promotion on your order. We often provide free ground shipping on larger orders.
Emergency Courier – At times we can help work with a courier service to get the part to your facility during downtimes scenarios. We prefer that the customer sets up the courier but we can be there to make sure the product is handed off to the driver. Please give us a call to see if this is an option on your order.
