Description
The VT-VSPA1-1-F10 is a Valve Amplifier in the VT-VSPA Series by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. This unit is designed for use with both direct and pilot operated proportional pressure valves that lack electrical position feedback. It fits Type VT 3002-1-2X/32D single cardholders independent of power supply units and operates optimally between a temperature range of 0°-50°C. The amplifier provides a visual indication of operation readiness or faults via an H2 LED light. This device uses a 32-pole multipoint male connector and a front plate to establish connections. The VT-VSPA1-1-F10 has a maximum current consumption of 1.8A and operates at a voltage of 24VDC, with 22VDC being the minimum and 35VDC the maximum limit. It has a solenoid with a maximum current rating of either 800mA or 1600mA, determined by the S17 DIL switch setting. Primarily, the solenoid valve functions to operate the clocked actual current value as a constant current with a superimposed dither signal. In terms of installation, the amplifier should be kept a minimum of 1m away from radios, aerial lines, and radar systems. Protective measures include shielding any solenoid conductors of 50m or less in length with the LiYCY 1.5mm2 line type. The solenoids should not be attached to connectors with LED displays or free-wheeling diodes. Lastly, both command value inputs must always be connected or disconnected at the same time when using the differential input of the Valve Amplifier.

In the case of new parts, we are always sure to package the factory box inside another larger box for safe transit. Shipping Options:
Next Day Air Early AM - This service is the fastest overnight delivery option available. For most locations the package will be guaranteed by 8:30AM.
Next Day Air – This service guarantees delivery by 10:30AM and is the most frequently used option for overnight shipments.
Next Day Air Saver – This cost saving overnight alternative guarantees delivery by 3PM the next day.
2nd Day Air – For domestic shipments that would take 3-5 days if shipped via Ground, sometimes having the order in 2 days is a great way to go
Ground – Ground is the most inexpensive shipping option provided. Please ask if we are doing a “free domestic ground” shipping promotion on your order. We often provide free ground shipping on larger orders.
Emergency Courier – At times we can help work with a courier service to get the part to your facility during downtimes scenarios. We prefer that the customer sets up the courier but we can be there to make sure the product is handed off to the driver. Please give us a call to see if this is an option on your order.
