Description
The VXI-MIO-64E-1 by National Instruments is a versatile VXI module with multiple input modes and polarities for measuring analog signals with precision. With a sampling rate of 1.25MS/s and a resolution of 12 bits, it offers accurate measurements and captures fine details in the signals, making it suitable for a variety of applications.
The VXI-MIO-64E-1, manufactured by National Instruments, is a single slot VXI C-size module. This module features various input modes including NRSE, RSE, and DIFF. NRSE stands for Non-Referenced Single-Ended, RSE stands for Referenced Single-Ended, and DIFF stands for Differential. These input modes allow for flexibility in measuring analog signals. In addition to input modes, the VXI-MIO-64E-1 supports both unipolar and bipolar input polarities. Unipolar signals have a positive voltage range while bipolar signals have both positive and negative voltage ranges. This feature allows for measuring different types of analog signals with ease. Another notable feature of the VXI-MIO-64E-1 is its sampling rate and resolution. It has a sampling rate of 1.25MS/s (Mega Samples per second), which means it can take 1.25 million samples in one second. This ensures accurate and precise measurements. The module also has a resolution of 12 bits, meaning it can represent the analog input with 2^12 (4096) different levels. This increased resolution allows for capturing finer details in the analog signals. Overall, the VXI-MIO-64E-1 offers a compact form factor, multiple input modes, versatile input polarities, high sampling rate, and excellent resolution. It is a reliable and powerful VXI module suitable for various applications requiring analog signal measurement and analysis.
